To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both our riders and our wildlife, please take note of the following guidelines before your visit:

• Rider Safety First: All riders are required to wear appropriate footwear (preferably with a heel), long pants and safety helmets (provided upon request).
• Skill Level Assessment: For the safety of the group, we ride at the pace of the least experienced rider. If any individual is a beginner, the entire group will maintain a walking pace.
• Pace Restrictions: Standard rides are conducted at a walk to ensure optimal game viewing. Cantering is strictly prohibited unless expressly arranged with your guide prior to departure and is subject to trail conditions.
• Wildlife Etiquette: We are guests in the animals’ home. Please maintain a respectful distance and avoid loud noises or sudden movements that may startle the game.
• “Bring Your Own Horse” Policy: Visiting horses must be in good health. Owners are responsible for their horses at all times, and we ask that you stick to the marked trails to preserve our pristine ecosystem.

Liability: All riders will be required to sign a standard indemnity waiver before heading out on the trails.
