RULES AND REGULATIONS

A helmet, protective eyewear and a cell phone are compulsory for mountain biking.
No pets/dogs or motorbikes allowed.
Picnics are ONLY allowed in the designated spots. No open fires.
Stay on the marked trail. Do not make your own trail.
Do not ride counterclockwise.
Do not ride on the hiking trails.
Do not litter.
Trails are closed on race days.
Please report problems, blocked routes or anything strange to Christi 0784579177

Use of trails only with a permit and a signed indemnity form.

Carry your own water, especially on the Rooi-ivoor technical trail.
Dogs on leashes are allowed.
Please ensure the removal of any dog waste from the trail.
